Transformative Teaching

Beth Banham

Beth Banham is a lover of potato chips, Twinkie’s, hearing life stories, and Jesus, but her passion is to see the body of Christ know each other and love each other. Beth was born in Ethiopia to missionary parents, but quickly learned to love flush toilets and bathtubs upon returning to The States.

Beth provides coaching to individuals to help them “brave the wilds” of their life, career and relationships. For more about Beth and her speaking and coaching opportunities, visit www.bethbanham.com.

Beth and her husband Dan pastor a small church they planted called City’s Edge in Portland, Oregon. Beth and Dan also have a son Grant, who is married to Rebecca.

Heather Way

Heather loves to help women and young moms discover who they are in Christ and is passionate about small churches and the role they play in local communities.

A sixth-generation Oregonian, Heather is an obsessive thrifter and lover of deals. You will often find her with her best friend and husband Austin (pastor of South Salem Friends Church), as they survive the world now outnumbered by their small three humans. She survives with earplugs and by reading historical novels while drinking coffee.
